LookSky Terms of Service

These Terms govern the public LookSky website. Services provided to clients are governed by the applicable signed client agreement.

1. Acceptance and entity

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and LookSky Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company (“LookSky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the public website that links to these Terms (the “Website”). You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Website for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2. Informational website; no client engagement

The Website describes LookSky’s business and managed creative services. Website content is general information and is not an offer, guarantee, professional advice, or commitment to provide services. Booking a demo or discussing a project does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Managed services, deliverables, fees, schedules, data processing, confidentiality, intellectual-property rights, liability, and dispute resolution are governed only by a separate written agreement signed or otherwise accepted by LookSky and the client (a “Client Agreement”). If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.

A link to any restricted or internal login area does not create a public self-service offering. Access to any restricted tool or client portal must be separately authorized and may be governed by a Client Agreement or additional terms.

3. Demo booking and communications

The Website provides a demo-booking interface integrated with Calendly and may offer a general contact form, website chat, newsletter signup, email marketing, or SMS marketing features. LookSky directly receives information submitted through these features and may provide relevant information to service providers that help operate them. Calendly is a third-party scheduling service governed by its own terms and privacy notice and may use cookies or similar technologies if its content or technology loads in your browser. A requested meeting time is not confirmed until accepted through the scheduling process.

By submitting information through a demo request, contact form, or chat, you authorize us to use it to respond, schedule and prepare for a meeting, and follow up about a possible business relationship. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, biometric information, or other sensitive personal data unless we specifically request it through a secure method.

If a newsletter, email marketing, or SMS marketing option is available, enrollment is subject to the choices and disclosures presented at signup and applicable law. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of marketing texts using the method provided in the message. Where required, consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. 4. Website intellectual property

The Website, including its text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, video, software, and arrangement, is owned by LookSky or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, LookSky grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Website for internal business evaluation. No other rights are granted. LOOKSKY, related names and logos, and other brand features may not be used without written permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners and do not imply endorsement.

5. Permitted and prohibited use

You may use the Website only lawfully and for genuine business-information purposes. You must not:

  • copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Website content except with written permission;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to extract Website content or contact information, except ordinary public search indexing;
  • reverse engineer, probe, test, bypass, or interfere with the Website or its security;
  • upload or transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access;
  • impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the Website for spam or unlawful solicitation;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
  • use Website content, images, personas, or branding to train an AI model or build a competing dataset or service without written consent.

6. Third-party services and links

The Website integrates with Calendly and may embed or link to communications, marketing, social-media, client, and other third-party services. Integrations, embedded services, and links are provided for convenience. LookSky does not control or endorse third-party content, availability, security, privacy, terms, products, or services. You use third-party services at your own risk and under their terms.

7. Website changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any content at any time. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, complete, current, or error-free. We may restrict access to protect security, rights, or operations.

8. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” LOOKSKY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND RESULTS. CASE STUDIES, EXAMPLES, ESTIMATES, AND DESCRIPTIONS DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PERFORMANCE, REVENUE, ENGAGEMENT, PLATFORM APPROVAL, OR BUSINESS OUTCOME. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOKSKY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS. LOOKSKY’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED S$100. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where it cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other non-excludable liability.

10. Indemnity for misuse

If you use the Website for a business, you will indemnify LookSky and its personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your breach of Section 5, or content or information you submit in violation of law or third-party rights. LookSky will provide reasonable notice and will not settle a covered claim on terms imposing liability on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

11. Governing law and courts

These Terms and non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by Singapore law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights that cannot be waived, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Website or these Terms. A Client Agreement may provide for SIAC arbitration or another forum and will control disputes arising from that Client Agreement.

12. General

These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding use of the Website, but do not replace a Client Agreement. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. LookSky may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a reorganization, merger, financing, or sale of relevant assets. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. If a provision is invalid, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remainder continues. A person who is not a party has no right under Singapore’s Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these Terms. Electronic records may be used under Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act 2010.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will not alter a signed Client Agreement unless the parties agree in accordance with that agreement.
