LookSky Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and scope

This Website Privacy Policy explains how LookSky Pte. Ltd. (“LookSky,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Singapore company, handles personal data in connection with the public LookSky website that links to this Policy (the “Website”). The Website is currently an informational, business-to-business site. It does not presently offer public customer-account registration, checkout, subscriptions, or a self-service application. The Website currently offers a demo-booking interface and may in the future offer a general contact form, website chat, newsletter signup, or email or SMS marketing enrollment. This Policy describes our practices for the current Website and for those features if and when they become available. A separately authenticated internal tool or client portal is outside the scope of this Website Policy unless it links to this Policy.

This Policy does not replace privacy and data-processing terms in a signed agreement for LookSky managed services. Personal data that we process for a client project is governed by the applicable client agreement, data-processing terms, documented client instructions, and applicable law. If this Policy and a client agreement differ for client-controlled data, the client agreement controls between the parties to the extent legally permitted.

2. Information you provide through the Website

The Website displays a demo-booking interface that is integrated with Calendly, a scheduling service supplied by Calendly, LLC. LookSky directly receives the information you submit through that interface, which may include your selected date and time, name, work email, company or brand, telephone or WhatsApp number, and anything you include in a booking response. We use this information to process and schedule the request, respond to your inquiry, prepare for the demo, and follow up about a potential business relationship, and we may transmit relevant booking details to Calendly for those purposes.

If Calendly content or technology loads in your browser, Calendly may also receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, approximate location, referring page, time zone, usage information, and identifiers stored through cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. Calendly processes information as described in its privacy notice and, where applicable, on LookSky’s behalf for scheduling. If Calendly or another scheduling provider uses non-essential technologies, we will provide an appropriate Website consent mechanism and prevent those technologies from loading until the visitor has made the required choice where applicable law requires this.

If the Website offers a general contact form or website chat, we may collect the information you submit, such as your name, business contact details, company, message or chat content, attachments, timestamps, and related metadata. If the Website offers newsletter, email marketing, or SMS marketing enrollment, we may collect your email address, mobile telephone number, marketing preferences, and records of consent, enrollment, and opt-out activity. If a feature involves materially different collection or automated processing, we will provide any additional notice required at or before collection.

Do not submit confidential information, passwords, government identifiers, payment-card information, health information, biometric information, or other sensitive personal data through a demo-booking field, contact form, or chat unless we specifically request it through a secure method.

3. Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies

The Website may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies supplied by LookSky or third parties. These technologies may collect or derive information such as IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, approximate location, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions with the Website or advertisements, campaign source, and conversion events.

We may use analytics and advertising services from Meta, Google (including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and YouTube), and other advertising or measurement providers to understand Website use, measure and attribute advertising, limit repeated advertising, create or match advertising audiences, and show or help others show advertisements based on activity over time and across websites, applications, devices, or services. The technologies actually used may change. When these technologies are deployed, the Website’s cookie banner or preference center will identify the categories in use and provide legally required controls.

The Website’s hosting provider, content-delivery network, domain provider, or security provider may also generate limited server and security logs, such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, timestamp, referring page, and security or error data. We use those logs to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Website.

4. How we use information

  • schedule, administer, and follow up on demo requests;
  • respond to inquiries, contact-form submissions, and chat messages and communicate about a possible commercial relationship;
  • provide newsletters and send email or SMS marketing when requested or otherwise permitted by applicable law;
  • manage communication preferences, consent records, and opt-out requests;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the Website;
  • understand Website use and improve content and campaigns;
  • measure advertising performance, attribute conversions, create or match audiences, and conduct remarketing or other targeted advertising where permitted;
  • prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with applicable law and lawful requests.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we rely on consent, steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests or equivalent recognized grounds, compliance with legal obligations, and other grounds permitted by law. Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), we collect, use, and disclose personal data for reasonable notified purposes and on a valid consent or statutory basis.

5. How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to service providers that help us operate Website features, including Calendly and other scheduling, email, calendar, contact-form, website-chat, customer-communications, and marketing providers. If enabled, marketing providers may include Klaviyo or a similar provider. We may also disclose relevant information to analytics, advertising, audience-matching, and measurement providers, including Meta and Google; hosting, security, and IT providers; professional advisors; transaction counterparties in a merger, financing, or sale; and regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies, or other persons where required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security. Providers acting for LookSky may use personal data only for authorized purposes and must apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards. Advertising providers may also process information under their own privacy notices.

6. Targeted advertising and cookie choices

LookSky does not sell personal data for money. However, when advertising pixels, audience-matching tools, or similar technologies disclose identifiers or Website activity to advertising providers, that activity may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged. Where required, we will ask for consent before non-essential advertising or analytics technologies operate and will provide a Cookie Settings or similar control that allows you to withdraw that consent.

Residents of jurisdictions that provide an opt-out right may ask us not to sell or share personal data or use it for targeted advertising by emailing legal@looksky.ai and, if a cookie or privacy-preferences control is available on the Website, by using that control. Before we deploy advertising technologies in a way that requires an on-site opt-out, consent mechanism, or recognition of a legally valid browser-based preference signal, we will implement the required control. Where legally required and technically applicable, we will recognize opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. You may also use device, browser, Google, Meta, or other platform advertising controls, although those controls do not replace a request submitted directly to LookSky. We do not knowingly sell or share personal data of anyone under 16.

If we use contact information submitted through the scheduling interface for customer-list or similar audience matching, we will specifically disclose that use at or before collection and obtain consent or provide an opt-out where required by applicable law.

7. Newsletter, email, and SMS marketing

The Website may offer newsletter, email marketing, or SMS marketing enrollment. If available, we may use Klaviyo or another communications provider. We will collect only the contact details, preferences, and consent records reasonably needed for the applicable channel. Giving us contact information to request a demo, submit an inquiry, or use a chat feature does not by itself enroll you in marketing unless that use is clearly disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is required, enrollment will be optional and based on a clear affirmative choice rather than a preselected box. Marketing emails will identify the sender, include our postal address and a working unsubscribe method, and we will honor opt-out requests within the period required by applicable law. Where required for marketing texts, we will obtain prior express written consent, disclose that consent is not a condition of purchase, provide any required message-frequency and data-rate disclosures, and support reasonable opt-out and help methods such as STOP and HELP. We will maintain consent and suppression records, distinguish marketing from operational communications, and comply with applicable sender-identification, consent, recordkeeping, quiet-hours, and do-not-call requirements. Using a marketing provider does not transfer LookSky’s compliance responsibility to that provider.

8. Retention

We retain demo-booking, contact-form, chat, and business-inquiry information for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a client relationship begins, the information is needed for a shorter period, or applicable law, a dispute, or a legal hold requires longer retention. Cookie, analytics, and advertising data is retained according to LookSky’s settings and the relevant provider’s schedules; we limit the retention periods available to us to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. If marketing is introduced, we will retain active subscription information until withdrawal or opt-out and may retain limited suppression records afterward to respect that choice. Technical security logs are kept for the shorter period set by our provider or reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer required for a business or legal purpose, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

9. International processing

LookSky is based in Singapore. Calendly and other service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to provide protection comparable to the PDPA and other applicable transfer rules. You should review Calendly’s privacy notice for its locations and transfer practices.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the limited information we receive, including access controls, account security, and reputable service providers. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. We assess suspected incidents and provide notices where required by applicable law.

11. Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data; withdraw consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request portability; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; or exercise other rights available where you live. Email legal@looksky.ai with the subject “Privacy Request” or use the advertising choices described in Section 6. We may verify identity and authority before responding. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully carried out and may limit our ability to respond or continue a relationship. For information controlled by Calendly or an advertising platform, you may also submit requests directly to that provider.

12. Children

The Website and demo process are intended for business users aged 18 or older and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the Website. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information.

13. Third-party services and links

The Website integrates with Calendly and may embed or link to other third-party services. Calendly and other third parties may collect information directly through their embedded content or sites. Their privacy practices, security, availability, and content are governed by their own policies. An integration, embed, or link does not mean LookSky controls or endorses all of those practices.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy as the Website, providers, business, or law changes. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date. This Policy is intended to cover the contact, chat, newsletter, email, and SMS features described above if they are introduced. We will still update this Policy or provide a supplemental notice before any materially different collection or use of personal data and will obtain consent where required.
